IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator for a temp-to-perm role in Warren, NJ. The candidate will coordinate Phase II–IV trials, serve as a key contact with sponsors and IRBs, and ensure audit-ready documentation. Vaccination experience and phlebotomy skills are required, with RN preference noted.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2+ years of clinical research coordination experience.
• Phlebotomy proficiency required.
• Experience vaccinating patients required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree with equivalent experience considered; Master’s a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate trials per protocol and SOPs across Phase II–IV (no Phase I).
• Serve as main contact with sponsors, CROs, CRAs, IRBs, and site staff.
• Support investigators and ensure audit-ready documentation (ALCOA).
• Report adverse events and safeguard data integrity.
