Job summary

Allergy Partners in New Jersey is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to lead and coordinate clinical activities for adult and pediatric trials. Under the Practice Manager, you will ensure study procedures align with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires at least two years in a clinical research setting, strong communication, and proficiency with EMR and practice management software. A high school diploma is required; associate or bachelor preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of work experience in a clinical research setting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exemplary organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and appropriately prioritize tasks.
• Ability to utilize an electronic medical record, practice management systems and Microsoft applications.
• Clinical knowledge and ability to perform venipuncture, prepare and handle specimens, intravenous medication preparation and administration, perform EKGs and spirometry.
• Understanding of all federal, state, and local guidelines regarding clinical trials.
• Patient centered approach to problem solving and process development.
• Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate clinical activities related to adult and/or pediatric clinical research trials.
• Maintain required certifications as assigned.
• Follow all federal, state, and local guidelines regarding clinical trials.
• Provide assistance to Practice Manager, Clinical Coordinator, and Providers as related to drug study responsibilities.
• Perform other tasks deemed necessary by management.
