• Minimum 2+ years of clinical research coordination experience.
• Phlebotomy proficiency required.
• Experience vaccinating patients required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trials per protocol and SOPs across Phase II–IV (no Phase I).
• Serve as main contact with sponsors, CROs, CRAs, IRBs, and site staff.
• Support investigators and ensure audit-ready documentation (ALCOA).

$24–$31.50/hour depending on experience

What you'll do:

• Coordinate clinical trials per protocol and SOPs (Phase II–IV; we do not conduct Phase I studies)

• Report adverse events and safeguard study data integrity

What you bring:

• 2+ years of clinical research coordination experience with phlebotomy proficiency
• Experience vaccinating patients required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Associate’s degree with equivalent experience considered); Master’s a plus
• RN preferred
• Comfort managing multiple studies independently
• CCRC certification a plus, not required
