Job summary

Empathx Clinical Research in Dallas, TX is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination of multiple studies across Phases I–IV, including vaccine trials. You will obtain informed consent, perform procedures, maintain regulatory documentation, and monitor study progress in collaboration with the PI and study team.

The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS, at least two years in clinical research, and experience with EDC, CTMS/eRegulatory/eTMF, and phlebotomy/EKGs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university.
Minimum of two years of clinical research experience.
Experience with Phase I–IV trials, including vaccine studies.
Ability to perform phlebotomy, EKGs, vital signs, and Fibro Scan assessments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and conduct study visits per protocol, including informed consent, data collection, and procedures.
Perform clinical procedures as delegated by the PI (phlebotomy, EKGs, vitals).
Manage three or more concurrent studies, prioritizing schedules and deliverables.
Screen, recruit, and enroll participants; verify eligibility.
Maintain source documentation and CRFs for all participants.
Coordinate participant scheduling and follow‑ups with staff and external providers.
Collect, label, and ship specimens per protocol.
Administer and document investigational product dispensing and accountability.
Escalate and report adverse events per protocol and timelines.
Maintain regulatory binders and prep for sponsor monitoring visits.
