Job summary

Empathx is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator in Dallas, TX to oversee day-to-day coordination of multiple clinical trials (Phase I–IV), ensuring protocol compliance, patient safety, and high-quality data capture.

You will perform procedures (phlebotomy, EKGs, vitals, FibroScan), screen and enroll participants, manage CRFs and regulatory documents, and collaborate with the PI, sponsors, and monitors. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience across trials and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years clinical research experience.
• Experience with Phase I–IV clinical trials, including vaccine trials.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy, EKGs, vital signs, and Fibro Scan assessments.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct study visits per protocol and obtain informed consent.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, vital signs, and Fibro Scan as delegated.
• Manage concurrent studies and prioritize visits across protocols.
• Screen, recruit, and enroll study participants; verify eligibility.
• Maintain source documentation and CRFs for participants.
• Coordinate participant scheduling and follow-up visits with staff and providers.
• Collect, label, and ship specimens per protocol.
• Assist with budget tracking and invoicing related to visits and procedures.
