Job summary

Alliance Clinical Network is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I to support clinical trial activities at our Dallas site. You will coordinate visits, manage data collection, and ensure adherence to protocols and GCP guidelines.

The role involves direct interaction with participants, obtaining informed consent, and maintaining regulatory files while collaborating with the PI to ensure study integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with phlebotomy and EKG procedures.
• Experience with FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Current CPT license required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate study visits and data collection in compliance with protocols.
• Monitor participant health and document adverse events per GCP.
• Maintain regulatory files and ensure IP accountability and storage.
• Enter data into EDC systems and resolve data queries.
• Assist with informed consent and recruitment activities.
• Support preparation for monitoring visits and audits.
