Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Research Coordinator to manage a range of clinical studies from initiation through closeout.

You will coordinate regulatory documents, recruit and schedule participants, collect and enter data, and maintain accurate study records to support study integrity. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, with knowledge of FDA, GCP and OHRP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year of clinical research experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple studies under regulatory guidelines.
• Proven ability to communicate within an interdisciplinary team.
• ACRP/SOCRA certification or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory documentation and submissions to IRBs and committees.
• Assist with recruitment, interviewing and scheduling of study participants.
• Enter data and maintain source documentation for all participants.
• Monitor data queries and adverse events per sponsor/regulatory guidelines.
• Open new studies and support protocol development and budgeting.
• Provide education to participants and families about study procedures.
