Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to support infectious disease protocols at Tripler AMC. This role involves patient screening, consent, data management, and coordination with clinicians to ensure protocol requirements align with GCP standards.

U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a T3 Secret Clearance are required. Prior experience with RedCap and MHS Genesis is preferred, as is phlebotomy experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or public health
• 3–5 years' clinical research experience
• Knowledge of federal and local regulations for human subjects research
• Experience with data collection and regulatory processes

Responsibilities

• Review new patient records and screen eligibility for protocols
• Collect, organize, and maintain data files; produce status reports
• Act as liaison between patients and physicians; provide information
• Transcribe and resolve data queries in case report forms; prepare documents
• Adhere to confidentiality and Good Clinical Practices
• Schedule appointments; assist with protocol audits; travel to other sites as needed
