The role includes protocol development, regulatory submissions, subject recruitment, data management, adverse event reporting, and mentoring junior staff to advance vaccines, therapeutics, and medical devices for U.S. military personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• 3–5 years of clinical research experience preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and local regulations governing human subjects research.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinical trial protocol development and study procedures.
• Prepare regulatory submissions and IRB documentation.
• Recruit and screen subjects for NMRC CTC studies.
• Review subject records and determine eligibility for protocols.
• Educate subjects about protocols and obtain informed consent.
• Monitor progress, report deviations and adverse events per sponsor requirements.
• Maintain data files and status reports for subjects.
• Train and mentor junior staff; travel to support multi-site protocols.
