The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented program coordinator to perform day-to-day administrative activities within the clinical research trials program and provide essential support to the team to achieve program goals.

The role includes participant recruitment and consent, protocol coordination across departments, data collection and reporting, IRB compliance, and assisting with protocol writing and materials development.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of biology, chemistry, mathematics, documentation, and records management.
• Data utilization, complex problem solving, critical thinking, resource management, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, enroll and obtain consent from program participants and coordinate training.
• Coordinate research protocols with other departments and institutions, arranging appointments and procedures.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data; report progress to stakeholders.
