Job summary

K2 Medical Research in Florida is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to manage study conduct at our Orlando (Maitland) site. You will ensure protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and quality source documentation while supporting patient safety and study integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven direct experience working at a clinical research site.
• HS Diploma or GED transcript required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English highly desired.
• Strong working knowledge of GCP and FDA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Understand assigned studies through protocols and meetings with the Principal Investigator.
• Adhere to the study protocol; obtain exemptions when necessary.
• Communicate protocol issues to CRO/Sponsor and study team.
• Collect initial psychiatric and medical information from patients.
• Maintain source documentation and sponsor data according to SOPs.
• Dispense and maintain study medication records as applicable.
• Educate patients and families about trials and participate in patient engagement.
