Job summary

K2 Medical Research is seeking experienced Clinical Research Coordinators to support our Nashville, TN clinic. You will manage clinical trial performance and ensure adherence to protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining accurate source data and sponsor communications.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Prior experience in a clinical environment preferred.
• Experience with psychiatric assessments is a plus.
• Phlebotomy, LPN, RN, or other medical licensure or certification preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of GCP and FDA guidelines.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Understand studies by reading protocols and coordinating with the Principal Investigator.
• Adhere to study protocol and obtain exemptions when necessary.
• Communicate protocol issues to CRO and sponsor teams and site staff.
• Collect patient psychiatric and medical information through interviews and records.
• Maintain source documentation and sponsor-required information.
• Dispense and record study medications and educate patients.
