Job summary

K2 Medical Research in Florida seeks Clinical Research Assistants for the Phase I unit in The Villages, FL. You will support trial conduct, maintain regulatory source docs, and assist the Site Director and PM team on studies.

Qualified applicants have a HS diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), clinical experience, and relevant licensure. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and a four‑day work week (Mon–Thu).

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Experience in a clinical environment preferred; clinical research ideal.
• LPN, RN, or other medical licensure/certification preferred.
• Candidates not meeting 100% of qualifications may be considered with related education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Track and move candidates through screening with coordinators.
• Read protocols and coordinate with Principal Investigator.
• Assist Site Director and Project Management on projects.
• Adhere to study protocol; obtain exemptions when needed.
• Communicate issues to CRO/Sponsor and study team.
• Collect initial psychiatric/medical information from patients.
• Maintain source documentation and sponsor data.
