Job summary

Salinas Valley Health is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage research studies, data collection and regulatory tasks in cardiovascular and oncology trials. Under supervision, you will coordinate IRB processes, maintain study documentation, and ensure data accuracy and HIPAA compliance across sites.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of clinical trial experience, and current BLS/CITI certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CCRC certification required; four years to obtain after hire/transfer.
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status required; CITI Training required; Shipping & Handling of Dangerous Goods certifications may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, regulatory, data collection and IRB follow-up for clinical research studies.
• Maintain regulatory paperwork and study documentation; ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with investigators, clinical staff and sponsors; monitor trial progress and inventory of devices/medications.
