Valley Health System is seeking a Studies Coordinator to coordinate and administer research activities under the Principal Investigator and Research Nurse Manager. The role ensures patient safety, data integrity, and protocol adherence while coordinating visits, consent processes, and billing-related registrations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of study coordination experience, with preferred CPR/Phlebotomy, IATA and CCRP/CCRC credentials and ongoing ICH-GCP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years study coordinator experience required.
• CITI certification and knowledge of ICH-GCP.
• CPR, Phlebotomy, IATA or CCRP/CCRC preferred or to be obtained on hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer research study activities under PI supervision.
• Assist in project planning and implementation of clinical research.
• Consent subjects, schedule appointments and ancillary services.
• Register patients for billing compliance and data collection.
• Maintain current regulatory education, training and certification.
