Job summary

Valley Health System is seeking a Research Coordinator to coordinate clinical research activities under the PI and Research Nurse Manager. You will assist in planning, consent subjects, schedule visits, and ensure safety and data accuracy per protocol.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or at least ten years of study coordination experience, with CPR, CCRP/CCRC certification preferred. Maintains CITI and ICH-GCP knowledge; strong data entry and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of study coordinator experience required.
• CPR certification, CCRP or CCRC preferred or to be obtained as appropriate.
• Maintains CITI certification and knowledge of ICH-GCP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer clinical research activities under PI and RN manager.
• Consent subjects, schedule visits, and manage ancillary services.
• Register patients for billing compliance and data collection.
• Ensure safety, consistency, and accuracy of treatment per protocol.
• Maintain regulatory education and certifications; monitor study compliance.
