Job summary

Valley Health System is seeking a Research Study Coordinator to coordinate and administer clinical research activities under the direction of the Principal Investigator and Research Nurse Manager. The role includes consenting subjects, scheduling visits, and ensuring billing and data collection aligned with the protocol.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree or have at least ten years of study coordination experience, with preferred certifications (CPR, Phlebotomy, IATA, CCRP/CCRC) or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years study coordinator experience.
• CPR, Phlebotomy, IATA and CCRP/CCRC certification preferred or to be obtained.
• Proficiency with data entry, Excel and web-based databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer research study activities under PI and Research Nurse Manager.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling appointments and ancillary services, and consenting subjects when appropriate.
• Register patients for billing compliance and data collection; ensure safety, consistency and accuracy of treatment regimens.
• Maintain current regulatory education and certification requirements; ensure ICH-GCP familiarity.
