Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• 2–4 years of contract negotiation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contractual agreements and grant documents.
• Coordinate contract approvals and timelines among stakeholders.
• Ensure contracts are accurate, complete and compliant with applicable regulations.
• Engage with General Counsel for review of terms and templates.
• Maintain contract tracking and documentation in CTMS or equivalent system.
