Job summary

Nicklaus Children's Research Institute is seeking an experienced Lead Clinical Research Coordinator to oversee multiple studies within the Clinical Trials Office. You will ensure compliant conduct, supervise staff, and coordinate subject recruitment, data management, and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities include enrollment, follow-up, and reporting, with mentorship to coordinators and researchers. Strong bilingual communication and teamwork are essential in this pediatric research

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required with 5 years of research experience (or 9 years).
• Clinical research certification (SOCRA/ACRP) required within 16 months in position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee multiple clinical trials within the Clinical Trials Office.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate data management for submissions to sponsors and IRBs.
• Register/enroll subjects, screen and consent participants, and coordinate study documentation.
