AbbVie is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to advance our pipeline through site engagement, risk-based monitoring, and rigorous data integrity. You will partner with investigators, train staff, and ensure protocol adherence across sites to optimize trial performance.

The role emphasizes collaboration, critical thinking, and proactive issue resolution in a fast paced environment with opportunities to mentor junior CRAs and influence global/local study operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health/science fields preferred.
• Experience in clinical research monitoring and risk-based monitoring.
• Strong collaboration and communication with sites and stakeholders.
• Familiar with ICH/GCP guidelines and applicable policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for investigative sites and maintain partnerships.
• Train and motivate site staff and investigators on trial goals and protocols.
• Conduct site evaluations, training, monitoring, and closures with compliance.
• Leverage site engagement tools (CRM) to report progress and impact.
• Ensure recruitment, retention, and protocol compliance across sites.
• Mentor CRAs and participate in global/local task forces as needed.
• Monitor data quality, safety reporting, and regulatory readiness.
