AbbVie is seeking a clinical site monitor to advance our pipeline by partnering with investigators and site staff. You will drive site engagement, ensure protocol alignment, and support data integrity and study performance through compliant monitoring and risk management.

Responsibilities include mentoring CRAs, coordinating with central teams, and maintaining regulatory readiness while enabling safe, effective patient enrollment across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health related disciplines preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year clinically related experience, including 6 months in clinical research monitoring.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines and applicable policies.

Responsabilités

• Primary contact for investigative sites, ensuring protocol alignment and high-quality conduct.
• Mentor and train less experienced CRAs and contribute to their development.
• Monitor site performance with respect to SOPs, GCP, and safety reporting.
• Leverage CRM and engagement tools to report progress and optimize site interactions.
• Identify and evaluate new investigators/sites for planned studies.
• Manage investigator payments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain audit/readiness and timely data submission across sites.
