Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 to 2 years experience in a health care environment.
• Basic computer skills; Word and Excel knowledge a plus; type minimum 40 wpm.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized.
• Completion of IATA and GCP Training within 30 days of hire.
• BLS required within 60 days of hire.
• Good communication skills and customer service mindset; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete case report forms and electronic data capture and submit to sponsor.
• Demonstrate understanding of Informed Consent and address questions.
• Ensure all study tests, visits, and evaluations are per protocol.
• Assess lab data and report adverse events to sponsor.
• Promote subject compliance and provide education.
• Prepare laboratory shipments per IATA guidelines.
• Maintain inventory for exam rooms and laboratory; dispose of expired items.
• Monitor temperature logs and notify if parameters are out of range.
• Follow ICH GCP and regulatory guidelines in addition to company policies.
• Complete patient screening logs and study tracking documents timely.
• Visit RAP members to disseminate information on studies.
• Review charts and database searches for potential patients.
• Comply with FDA regulations for clinical trials.
• Assist with EKGs and other study procedures as requested.
• Serve as an ambassador for Desert Oasis Healthcare and Family Hospice Care.
• Be accountable for your work; communicate clearly.
