Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I to support day-to-day trial activities at Shea Medical Office Building in Scottsdale. You will collect and manage data, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with study-related reports and documentation.

The role requires data experience or healthcare exposure, strong writing and computer skills, and a BLS certification; a Bachelor's degree is preferred and IATA certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of data-related experience or healthcare environment.
• Strong writing and computer skills.
• BLS certification required.
• IATA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the coordination and management of inpatient and outpatient studies, according to protocol and sponsor amendments.
• Provides clinical data support for the conduct of clinical research; collects, verifies, and records data.
• Maintains regulatory binders and supports regulatory compliance per FDA/GCP guidelines.
• Assists with study feasibility, data forms, data locks, and progress reporting.
• Mentors/ trains team on new systems and programs applicable to the coordinator role.
