Responsibilities

• Screen, recruit, and schedule participants per protocol.
• Maintain participant logs and track enrollment.
• Ensure study areas, supplies, and equipment are ready for visits.
• Record data into eCRFs or databases accurately.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and data integrity.
• Support document management and regulatory filing.
• Assist during consent process and participant interactions.
• Contribute to audits, monitoring visits, and quality reviews.
