Boston Children's Hospital seeks a Clinical Research Assistant II to join the Neurofibromatosis Clinical Research Program in Neurology. You will manage regulatory activities, screen and enroll participants, and coordinate visits across multidisciplinary teams to advance NF1 and related conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Psychology required.
• Prior experience as a Clinical Research Assistant or Clinical Research Coordinator preferred.
• Familiarity with IRB processes preferred.
• GCP familiarity is a plus.
• Experience with REDCap preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory activities for trials including IRB submissions and ongoing reviews.
• Identify, screen, consent, and enroll eligible participants per study protocols.
• Coordinate study visits and assessments to meet timelines and milestones.
• Serve as liaison among clinical teams, sponsors, and collaborators, supporting start-up, monitoring, and audits.
• Collect, enter, and manage study data in REDCap and other databases.
• Perform data quality checks and track enrollment deadlines.
• Contribute to mentored research projects such as abstracts, posters, or manuscripts.
