Job summary

Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is seeking an individual to assist study coordinators in administrative and data collection support for clinical research studies. The role involves visiting participant homes and community sites to interview, administer surveys, recruit and follow up with participants, and organize study participant files.

The position also requires data entry, chart organization, and coordination of visits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• CITI training within 90 days of hire.
• Knowledge of biology, chemistry, mathematics, documentation, and records management.

Responsibilities

• Under direction of the study coordinator or principal investigator, conduct research activities including home visits, community settings, interviews, surveys, recruitment, enrollment and follow-up.
