Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Research Assistant to support clinical staff across multiple studies. The RA will assist with screening, follow-ups, data entry in EDC, vital signs, ECGs, specimen handling, and scheduling visits.

The role emphasizes strict confidentiality, adherence to HIPAA, and collaboration with CRCs, site staff, and investigators to ensure study timelines and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 1 year of administrative/clinical experience required.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist CRCs, Site Manager, Principal/Sub Investigators with study execution and required tasks.
• Document source data and enter data into EDC; collect vital signs and ECGs as needed.
• Schedule visits, reminders, and reschedules; maintain logs and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines; comply with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Support recruitment and enrollment activities as needed.
