Job summary

Alcanza Clinical Research is seeking a Research Assistant (RA) to support Clinical Research Coordinators, Site Manager, Principal Investigators, and staff in compliance with GCP, ICH, HIPAA, FDA regulations, and SOPs. The RA performs clinical, lab, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient study operations at the Clearwater site.

Responsibilities include assisting with patient screening and visits, data entry in EDC, vital signs, blood draws, sample handling, and scheduling study visits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required with 1 year of admin/clinical experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong data entry and documentation skills needed.
• Proficiency with MS Office and EHR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist CRCs and site staff with study duties per protocol.
• Screen patients for study enrollment and schedule visits.
• Enter data in EDC, respond to queries, and maintain logs.
• Collect vital signs and process lab specimens per protocol.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
