Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to deliver safe care and support research patients, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and regulatory standards.

You will work with physicians, CRNs, and research staff, manage source documents, and complete CRFs following protocol requirements and timelines. Join a team focused on patient advocacy and diverse clinical trials.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical research experience.
• 3+ years of administrative/professional experience.
• 1+ year in a medical office.
• College education or coursework in medical terminology and coding.
• Knowledge of EMR and trials management systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe care and respects participant dignity.
• Supports research team with adverse events and data accuracy.
• Completes Case Report Forms and data entry on time.
• Maintains source documents and study charts per protocol.
• Communicates project status and patient data clearly to the team.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and HIPAA requirements.
