Baylor College of Medicine is seeking a Research Administration Associate - Clinical Research/EMR in the Office of Research. This Hybrid role is based in Greater Houston, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule and the salary range of $70,618 - $83,080.

The position supports BS LMC research activities from initial approvals through subject enrollment, requiring familiarity with clinical research, hospital policy and Epic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; RACC certification may substitute for degree.
• Two years of relevant experience required.

Responsabilités

• Assist in approval of Clinical Research activity at BSLMC and verify complete applications.
• Coordinate hospital department approvals and IRB-related requirements.
• Flag research patients and activity in Epic.
• Serve as primary contact for study activity notifications and Epic navigation.
• Assist in billing compliance reports and monthly reporting.
