Job summary

Qualifications

Strong organizational and analytical abilities are preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred; high school diploma with experience also acceptable.

Responsibilities

Coordinate pre-award grant submissions and budget development.
Manage post-award grant lifecycle actions and financial monitoring.
Support clinical trial financial administration and closeout.
Coordinate routine research agreements and subaward actions.
Ensure compliance, documentation, and routine PI reporting.
Maintain PI portfolios and respond to faculty/research staff needs.
Provide both pre-award and post-award administrative support for grants and clinical trials.
Monitor deadlines for proposals, awards, and closeouts.
Assist with purchasing and account transactions as assigned.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
