Job summary

Regional West Medical Services in Scottsbluff, NE is seeking a Registry Coordinator responsible for reviewing registry submissions and monitoring data collection across orthopedic, neurosurgical, and bariatric service lines. You will abstract, validate, and analyze patient care data from multiple databases and the EMR to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

You will develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support quality improvement, compliance with HIPAA, audits, and accreditation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or certification in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology highly preferred.
• Expertise in database management preferred.
• Three to five years of clinical healthcare experience required.
• Registry abstraction and quality improvement experience preferred.
• Knowledge of orthopedic, neurosurgical, or bariatric patient populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical registry submissions and monitor data collection.
