Job summary

Responsibilities

• Record medical and administrative information according to policies.
• Maintain the Daily Census Report and submit to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain an up-to-date roster of residents for your assigned unit.
• Transcribe physicians' orders to care plans and medication cards.
• Notify next-of-kin when there is a change in the resident's condition.
• Attend facility meetings and assist in work assignments as required.
