Job summary

Saint Luke’s East Hospital in Lee’s Summit is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian to manage patient care using the Nutrition Care Process (NCP/ADIME). The RD will work onsite, contribute to staff development, and participate in performance improvement initiatives within the clinical nutrition department.

Position supports a flexible 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, 24 hours per week, with occasional weekends and holiday rotation. Requires licensure as a Dietitian in KS/MO and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Uses Nutrition Care Process (NCP) including ADIME assessment, diagnosis, intervention and monitoring.
• Demonstrates initiative to promote change and supports professional development.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and standards of practice.

Responsibilities

• Apply NCP/ADIME in patient care with accountability for care plans.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and students; contribute to department improvement.
• Participate in unit-based projects and governance activities.
