Job summary

Ambitrans Ambulance seeks a Clinical Quality and Training Supervisor to coordinate quality, safety and compliance programs. You will design training programs, oversee new hire orientation, and drive career development to promote clinical excellence.

You will analyze data, oversee certifications, and manage QA staff while maintaining SOPs. This role requires directing classroom, on-the-job, and e-learning formats to continuously uplift performance.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Paramedic certification.
• CPR, ACLS, and PALS instructor credentials (or ability to acquire).
• Minimum of two years of field Paramedic experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience as an Advanced Life Support provider.
• Nationally Registered Paramedic with recertification experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct case reviews to evaluate protocol compliance and recommend quality improvement methodologies.
• Ensure PCR documentation meets Ambitrans standards.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and leadership to implement clinical improvements.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver classroom instruction and hands-on training for new hires and ongoing education.
• Monitor training program effectiveness and report outcomes.
• Lead the Field Training Officer Program and ensure compliance with medical protocols.
• Maintain and update training materials and SOPs.
• Run reports on clinical quality, success rates, and operational activities.
