Job summary

Ambitrans Ambulance is seeking a Clinical Quality and Training Supervisor in Punta Gorda, FL to lead quality, safety, and compliance programs. You will design training, oversee new hire orientation, and drive career development across clinical staff.

The role requires Florida Paramedic certification, instructor credentials, and at least two years of field Paramedic experience, with opportunities to advance QA/QI initiatives and SOP maintenance.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Paramedic certification is required.
• CPR, ACLS, and PALS instructor credentials (or ability to acquire) are required.
• Minimum two years of field Paramedic experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct case reviews to evaluate protocol compliance and recommend quality improvements.
• Ensure PCR documentation meets Ambitrans standards.
• Collaborate with Medical Director to implement clinical improvements.
• Assess training needs via job analysis and performance evaluations.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver classroom instruction and hands-on training for new hires and ongoing education.
• Monitor training effectiveness and report outcomes.
• Conduct compliance audits to ensure regulatory adherence.
