Responsibilities

• Support clinical quality and risk-management initiatives across the organization.
• Review medical records and clinical documentation for quality and compliance.
• Conduct clinical audits and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Review patient safety events, incidents, and potential areas of clinical risk.
• Track quality measures and support ongoing performance improvement efforts.
• Prepare reports and communicate quality and risk findings to leadership.
• Participate in the development and review of clinical and operational policies.
• Support regulatory and healthcare compliance initiatives.
• Partner with clinical and administrative leaders on corrective actions and process improvements.
• Coordinate recurring quality reviews and follow up on identified action items.
• Educate staff on quality, safety, documentation, and risk-management practices.
