Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in clinical quality, quality assurance, risk management, patient safety, or healthcare compliance looking to move beyond traditional bedside nursing?

A community-based healthcare organization in Queens is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support organization-wide clinical quality, patient safety, risk management, and compliance initiatives.

This position offers an opportunity to use your nursing experience at an organizational level — helping improve patient safety, clinical processes, documentation, regulatory compliance, and overall quality of care.

What You'll Do

You'll partner with clinical and operational leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and support high standards of patient care and safety.

What We're Looking For

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in clinical quality, Quality Improvement (QI), Quality Assurance (QA), Risk Management, Patient Safety, Compliance, or Clinical Operations
• Strong understanding of medical records and clinical documentation
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements
• Experience conducting audits or reviewing clinical data
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative leadership
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and improvement initiatives
• Leadership, supervisory, or project-management experience is a plus
