Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an Onsite Quality Support Nurse to provide direct patient care in a high-acuity inpatient setting. You will perform bedside rounds, work with unit teams, and address urgent patient care needs.

You will identify and close quality gaps related to safety initiatives such as falls, HAPI, CAUTI, and CLABSI, practice at the top of scope, and participate in multidisciplinary teams. Opportunities for night shift incentives exist.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and BLS certification required.
• Minimum 6 months nursing experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bedside rounds and collaborate with unit teams.
• Address patient care needs and identify/close quality gaps related to safety initiatives.
• Focus areas include falls, HAPI, CAUTI, and CLABSI.
