Job summary

LCMC Health is seeking an RN Nurse Analyst to identify opportunities to improve patient care processes, enhance outcomes, and promote safety and quality. The role coordinates performance improvement initiatives and supports regulatory standards.

Working with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams, you will conduct chart reviews, analyze clinical data, and abstract information from multiple sources to drive evidence-based improvements and organizational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Healthcare, Patient Safety, Quality Improvement, Medical Records, Clinical Care, or Data Analysis.
• 2 years of experience as a RN in clinical settings, Quality, Performance Improvement role with supervisory/leadership experience.
• 2 years of experience in healthcare environment and Patient Safety or Quality Improvement.
• 3 years of experience in healthcare finance, CDM or Revenue integrity.
• Preferred: 3 years of experience in ICU or ED.
