Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare quality improvement, population health, or care management.
  • Knowledge of quality metrics, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and value-based care models.
  • Strong analytical, communication, project management, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead organization-wide quality improvement initiatives across clinical programs.
  • Monitor and improve quality metrics including preventive screenings and well visits.
  • Develop patient engagement and outreach strategies to improve access and outcomes.
  • Analyze data to identify gaps and implement operational improvements.
  • Support regulatory readiness, accreditations, and value-based care programs.
  • Develop staff training to maintain quality standards and compliance.
  • Partner with leadership to build scalable, growth-supporting systems.
  • Improve patient experience and manage complaint-resolution processes.
  • Prepare quality reports and performance updates for leadership.
