Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; 3 years performance improvement experience including group dynamics, change management, data retrieval, and analysis; and 3 years clinical patient care experience.
• Leadership and coordination of team activities to meet quality goals.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical information in hospital databases; data mining and statistical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and advises internal quality improvement and quality assurance teams.
• Identifies opportunities for clinical and/or process improvement and facilitates needed changes to improve care.
• Utilizes project management skills to foster team development and progress toward goals.
• Creates dashboards or reports and presents data in a clear format.
• Ensures alignment with regulations, standards, and accrediting bodies for quality initiatives.
