Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Currently Licensed LPN in Nevada.
• BLS certification current.
• 4+ years of clinical LPN experience.
• 2+ years of navigating and working in an electronic medical record system.
• Intermediate proficiency with Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents.
• Must have a dedicated private work area with privacy.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to work 8:00am–5:00pm PST, Mon–Fri, with possible overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support for quality and patient experience programs.
• Facilitate improvement projects with work plans and timelines.
• Recommend policy and procedure changes to improve patient care.
• Develop best practice models and tools for network partners.
• Review policies/guidelines in collaboration with Operations and Quality.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize education programs for physicians and clinical staff.
• Provide training on lean principles and tools; facilitate clinical initiatives using lean methods.
• Analyze data to drive quality and patient safety improvements.
• Collaborate with data analysts and IT to generate reports for project tasks.
