Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Clinical PM Intern in Rockford, IL. You will support the development of a Smart Sheet platform consolidating Quality/Technical Agreements for the Quality team.

The role involves populating data from QTA documents, providing user training, and helping maintain the system with future revisions. Requires progress toward a Bachelor’s degree, math skills, and strong computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing a Smart Sheet platform to manage Quality/Technical Agreements.
• Populate the Smart Sheet with details from Rockford QTA documents.
• Provide training and support to Quality Management staff on Smart Sheet usage.
• Ensure data integrity and accessibility for cross-functional teams.
