Job summary

LPU Batangas seeks a candidate to assist in designing a Smart Sheet platform to manage Quality/Technical Agreements in Rockford. You will populate the sheet with details from existing Rockford Clinical QTA documents and train Quality Management staff on usage.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Assist in designing a Smart Sheet platform to manage Quality/Technical Agreements.
• Populate the Smart Sheet with detailed information from existing Rockford Clinical QTA documents.
• Provide training and support to Quality Management staff on usage of the Smart Sheet.
• Collaborate in developing a sustainable process for maintaining and updating the Smart Sheet with future agreements and revisions.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of the tool for cross-functional teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

About You

The company is looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Working toward a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• College level math skills.
• Advanced computer skills with the ability to perform complex tasks and operate various computer programs.
• Full professional proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
• High reasoning ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions with limited standardization.
• Preferred skills include effective presentation abilities, capability to work independently or as part of a team, original thinking and creativity, and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate of $20.00 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
