Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Rockford, IL seeks an intern to support Clinical Project Management. You will help design a Smart Sheet platform to manage Quality/Technical Agreements, populate data from existing Rockford QTA documents, and train Quality staff on usage.

The role emphasizes data integrity, accessibility, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enable streamlined review of agreements in a growing biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• Working toward Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• College level math skills.
• Advanced computer skills; ability to perform complex tasks.
• Full professional proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
• High reasoning; solve practical problems with limited standardization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing a Smart Sheet platform to manage Quality/Technical Agreements
• Populate the Smart Sheet with detailed information from existing Rockford Clinical QTA documents
• Provide training and support to Quality Management staff on usage of the Smart Sheet
• Collaborate in developing a sustainable process for maintaining and updating the Smart Sheet with future agreements and revisions
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of the tool for cross-functional team
• Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
