Job summary

LPU Batangas seeks a candidate to assist in designing a Smart Sheet platform to manage Quality/Technical Agreements in Rockford. You will populate the sheet with details from existing Rockford Clinical QTA documents and train Quality Management staff on usage.

The role emphasizes collaboration to maintain the agreement repository and ensure data accuracy for cross-functional teams. Strong math and computer skills are required, with flexibility for independent or team work.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Solid math skills.
Advanced computer skills for complex tasks and multiple programs.
Excellent spoken, reading and writing proficiency for professional needs.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing a Smart Sheet platform for QTA management.
Populate the Smart Sheet with details from Rockford Clinical QTA documents.
Provide training and support to Quality Management staff on Smart Sheet usage.
Collaborate to develop a sustainable process for updating agreements and revisions.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy and accessibility for cross-functional teams.
Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
