STAR Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Tennessee to conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. You will supervise staff, maintain accurate records, and contribute to program development while engaging with patients and their families.

In this role you will participate in community outreach, adhere to ethics, and support growth through education and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• New or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Current TN Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills including EMR, database software and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive PT evaluations assessing ROM, strength, posture, balance and ADLs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Maintain records and prepare reports per facility procedures.
• Interact professionally with patients, family members and staff.
• Supervise PTAs, exercise physiologists, technicians, athletic trainers and students.
• Ensure supervised personnel carry out treatments as outlined in PT evaluations.
• Contribute to program development and participate in educational activities.
• Assist in outreach community events as directed by Clinic Director.
• Adhere to state practice act and APTA code of ethics.
