STAR Physical Therapy in Tennessee is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans. You will maintain records, interact professionally with patients, and supervise colleagues including PTAs, technicians, athletes trainers, and students while ensuring treatments align with initial evaluations.

Applicants must have a CAPTE-accredited degree, TN licensure, CPR certification, and proficiency with EMR, databases, and MS Office.

Formación

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current TN PT licensure and CPR certification.
• Ability to work autonomously with EMR and office software.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations assessing ROM, strength, posture, ambulation, balance and ADLs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports per facility procedures.
• Interact professionally with patients, families and staff.
• Supervise PTAs, exercise personnel, technicians and students in direct/indirect care.
• Ensure supervised personnel carry out treatments as outlined in the evaluation.
• Contribute to program development and educational activities.
• Assist in outreach community events as directed by Clinic Director.
• Adhere to state practice act regulations and APTA code of ethics.
