STAR Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Tennessee to evaluate patients, design and implement individualized rehab plans, and supervise PT staff and students. You will maintain accurate documentation, collaborate with care teams, and contribute to community outreach and program development.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates or experienced therapists who value clinical excellence, mentorship, and a supportive family-like workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification.
• Willingness to work autonomously and deliver individualized care.
• Proficiency with EMR, databases, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations including ROM, strength, balance, and daily living activities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports per facility procedures.
• Supervise PT staff and students as directed, ensuring treatments align with evaluations.
• Participate in program development and professional development activities.
• Assist in outreach community events as directed by the Clinic Director.
